The Twirling Cupcake Bouquet Policies This item requires delivery and is set up by Kelly’s Confections LLC and is included in the pricing. All Customer Policies, on the Customer Policies page, apply to The Twirling Cupcake Bouquet with an additional $100 Refundable Equipment Deposit that is required on the day of booking 14 days or more prior to the fulfillment date. The $100 deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the scheduled event date, if equipment is returned within 48 hours and undamaged and in the same working order that it was left in at set up. If equipment is returned after 48 hours of event time and date, or damaged, or not in the working order that it was left in at set up, then the $100 Refundable Equipment Deposit will be forfeited and will NOT be refunded to the customer.
All orders of any menu item must be paid in full at least 14 days or more prior to the fulfillment date in order to be booked into my calendar, NO EXCEPTIONS. A 50% non refundable deposit based on the total order amount is required at the time of booking and at least 14 days or more prior to the fulfillment date. Orders may be cancelled for a refund (minus the 50% non refundable deposit of the total order amount ) up to 24 hours after original booking, provided the booking was at least 14 days or more prior to fulfillment date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to fulfillment date and after this 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. The $100 Refundable Equipment Deposit for The Twirling Cupcake Bouquet will also be refunded IF Cancellations are made 14 days or more prior to the fulfillment date and within the 24 hour period requirement. Any and all modifications must be paid in full and submitted and acknowledged by Kelly’s Confections LLC no later than 14 days prior to the fulfillment date.
